Your Therapist
My name is Julia Williamson and I'm the therapist at Anam Cara. I've been working as a therapist for twelve years, graduating with distinction in Swedish massage from Lincoln college.
I’ve been continuously adding to my skills and knowledge with courses in Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Deep Tissue and Trigger point therapy. My favourite part of my job is seeing the difference that therapy can make to help relax, de-stress and reduce pain and I love witnessing the transformation in my clients.

Our Treatment Rooms
The therapy room at Anam Cara is situated in Wragby in Rural Lincolnshire and is warm and welcoming. It's a cosy room tucked away at the back of my home and it offers a quiet and calm place to relax and escape from the busy world outside. I have limited availability at my home treatment room so please message to check availability before booking.
If you would prefer to visit me in central Lincoln, I also have a therapy room at Darkside Training, a women's only powerlifting gym. It's conveniently situated at Newporte business park, Cardinal Close, Lincoln.
Both sites have ample parking and are easily accessible.
