Cancellation Policy for Anam Cara
We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect the time of both our therapists and other clients, we ask you to comply with our Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you'll be charged 50% of the service cost. Missing an appointment without proper notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service cost. After two no-show instances within a six-month period, future appointments will require prepayment.
Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at the discretion of management for emergencies or sickness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our aim is to provide the highest quality service and make optimal use of time for all clients and therapists.
